When Rotherhithe was regenerated in the 1980s along with the rest of Docklands, planners made transport a focus for the area. Today Rotherhithe boasts excellent transport links. The neighbourhood is served by two stations; Rotherhithe and Canada Water. The former connects you to the London Overground and the latter additionally connects you to the Jubilee line. Rotherhithe is also well connected to the London bus network with many stops along prominent roads such as Salter Road and Surrey Quays Road.
